This policy describes how the Teamnotes app by Sunriserain collects, uses, and protects your data, including server sync and the optional Google Calendar connection.
What data we collect
- Calendar data — events, calendars, dates, titles, descriptions, locations, attendees, recurrence, reminders, custom fields, and settings.
- Google Calendar data — calendar data you explicitly grant access to when connecting your Google account.
- Authentication data — account identifiers, sessions, JWT/OAuth tokens, and service data needed for sign-in, sync, and Google Calendar API access.
- Technical logs — crash reports, Sentry diagnostics, and server logs; they may include limited error context.
How we use the data
- To display your events and calendars in the app interface.
- To create, edit, and delete events on your behalf.
- To store and sync your calendar through Sunriserain servers across devices.
- To sync selected events with Google Calendar if you connect Google.
- To fix bugs, protect accounts, and keep the service reliable.
Use of Google API data
Sunriserain Teamnotes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google scopes used:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar— read, create, edit, and delete events and calendars at your direction.
What we do NOT do with Google Calendar data:
- We do not transfer it to third parties except for services required to operate the calendar, sync, security, and diagnostics.
- We do not use it for advertising — no targeting, no remarketing.
- We do not sell the data.
- We do not use it to train general AI/ML models.
- We do not let humans read calendar content except for support, security, or legal obligations.
Where data is stored
Calendar data may be stored on your device and on Sunriserain servers. If Google Calendar is connected, selected events and sync metadata may be stored by us as a server mirror for app functionality.
How to revoke access
- In the app: Settings → Account → Disconnect Google.
- On Google's side: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find Sunriserain Teamnotes → remove access.
- To delete Teamnotes data, email ideal.life.generator@gmail.com.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from such users.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top. We will notify you in the app of any material changes.
