This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and digital products sold by Sunriserain (Ideal Software).
1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. See Cancel Subscription for steps.
2. Refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase if the product does not work as expected or you purchased it by mistake.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or there was a technical billing error.
4. App Store purchases
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple handles refunds under its own policies.
