This page explains how to cancel paid subscriptions for Sunriserain and Ideal Software apps.
1. Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
2. Paddle purchases
If you purchased through Paddle, open the app, go to Profile, choose Pro, and select Manage subscription. Paddle will open the secure customer portal where you can cancel renewal.
3. App Store purchases
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellation is handled in your Apple account subscription settings.
4. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
