This policy describes how the Trainings+ app by Sunriserain handles your data, sync, trainer profiles, and media.
What data we collect
- Workout data — exercises, workouts, weights, reps, notes, stages, steps, progress, settings, and drafts.
- Account — email, name, avatar, sign-in provider identifiers, sessions, and service authorization data.
- Trainer profile — nickname, description, public workouts, subscriptions, and data you choose to publish.
- Media — uploaded videos, images, posters, subtitles, and related files; the server may process video with ffmpeg.
- Speech and subtitles — on iOS the app may use Apple Speech to create subtitles, and the generated subtitle file may be uploaded to the server.
- Technical logs — Sentry reports, replay/diagnostics, and server logs; they may include limited error context.
How we use the data
- To display your workouts and progress in the app.
- To sync data through Sunriserain servers across devices.
- To publish trainer profiles, public workouts, and subscriptions if you enable those features.
- To upload, store, and process media files.
- For authorization, security, support, and bug fixing.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data may pass through Sunriserain servers and services required for the app to work: hosting, database, authentication, Sentry diagnostics, media storage and processing, Apple Speech for iOS subtitles, and Apple/App Store StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases.
Account deletion
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete. You can also email ideal.life.generator@gmail.com. Server-side data is removed within 30 days; backups and logs may remain for a limited time for security and recovery.

Not intended for children under 13.
