To delete your account and all associated data in the Sunriserain (Ideal Software) service, email ideal.life.generator@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" from the email address linked to your account.
We will remove the data from our servers within 30 days and confirm by reply.
If you signed in via Facebook
Mention in the email that you signed in via Facebook and include your Facebook ID or email. We will unlink the connection and delete the associated data.
If you signed in via another service
Specify the provider (Google, Apple, etc.) — we will unlink the connection and delete the data.
What gets deleted
- Account and links to third-party sign-in services.
- Email, name, avatar.
- Content created in the apps (workouts, expenses, events, etc.).
