This policy describes how Sunriserain (Ideal Software) handles data when you use our apps, websites, servers, and sign-in service.
What data we collect
- Account — email, name, avatar, sign-in provider identifiers, sessions, and a hashed password if you register via email.
- App data — content you create: workouts, media, expenses, receipts, calendar events, settings, and public profiles.
- Service data — tokens, device identifiers, sync data, payment data, support data, and API request data.
- Technical logs — Sentry reports, replay/diagnostics, server logs, and request metadata; they may include limited error context.
How we use the data
- For authentication, syncing, and storing data across devices.
- To display and store your content in the apps.
- To recognize receipts, process video, operate calendars, provide support, and fix bugs.
- For security, anti-fraud, service recovery, and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data may pass through Sunriserain servers and services required for our products: hosting, databases, authentication, Sentry diagnostics, DeepSeek for receipt structuring, Google Calendar API when calendar sync is connected, Apple Speech for iOS subtitles, GitHub for helper downloads, Apple/App Store StoreKit, and payment providers if you buy paid features.
Sign-in via third-party services
When you sign in via Google, Apple, Facebook or other providers, we receive a minimal set of data: identifier, email, name and avatar. We do not post anything on your behalf and do not access your contacts, posts or other data in those services.
Data deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email ideal.life.generator@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" from the email address linked to your account. We will remove the data from our servers within 30 days and confirm by reply.
If you signed in via a third-party service (Facebook, Google, etc.), mention it in the email — we will unlink the connection.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app or by email of any material changes.
