This policy describes how Sunriserain (Ideal Software) handles data when you use our apps and sign-in service.
What data we collect
- Account — email, name and avatar received from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.), and a password (hashed) if you register via email.
- App data — content you create (workouts, expenses, events, etc.). Each app has its own policy with specifics.
- Technical logs — anonymous crash reports via Sentry, without personal data.
How we use the data
- For authentication and syncing data between devices.
- To display and store your content in the apps.
- To fix bugs based on anonymous reports.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We only use infrastructure services (hosting, authentication, crash analytics), and only as needed for the service to function.
Sign-in via third-party services
When you sign in via Google, Apple, Facebook or other providers, we receive a minimal set of data: identifier, email, name and avatar. We do not post anything on your behalf and do not access your contacts, posts or other data in those services.
Data deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email ideal.life.generator@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" from the email address linked to your account. We will remove the data from our servers within 30 days and confirm by reply.
If you signed in via a third-party service (Facebook, Google, etc.), mention it in the email — we will unlink the connection.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app or by email of any material changes.
