This policy describes how the Expenses Excel app by Sunriserain handles your data.
What data we collect
- Receipt photos — may be processed on device and uploaded to Sunriserain servers for sync and storage in your account.
- Recognized receipt text and receipt data — text may be sent to the DeepSeek API for structuring (items, amounts, dates), and the result may be stored in the local and cloud database.
- Expense database — records may be stored on your device and synced through Sunriserain servers.
- Technical logs — anonymous crash reports via Sentry.
How we use the data
- To recognize, save, and sync your receipts and expenses.
- To fix bugs.
Third parties
Receipt photos, expenses, and related data may be stored on Sunriserain servers. Receipt text may be sent to the DeepSeek API for structuring. DeepSeek processes requests under its own policy. We do not sell your data.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the app deletes the local copy from the device. To delete cloud account data, use the Data Deletion page or contact us.
